The times we’re living in are surreal: incredulous headlines, climate collapse, the rise of fascism, war, digital addictions, and the invention of anthropomorphic AI machines that can create funny pictures, hallucinate, or convince you to kill yourself. Our world is soaked in informational chaos. Funneled through the body and through movement the world’s chaos becomes absurd, laughable, awe-inducing and thus possibly peaceful, restorative, clear-eyed, and resolute. The aim of this program is to present dances so illogical, so surprising, so saturated with impossible leaps of faith and ridiculous conclusions jumped to with glee and mania, that the FBI agents in my phone and the AI bots that exploit my Art to feed the algorithm believe that I am the one hallucinating and decide to give up.

"Fortunately, somewhere between chance and mystery lies imagination, the only thing that protects our freedom, despite the fact that people keep trying to reduce it or kill it off altogether.”- Luis Buñuel, Surrealist Filmmaker
